Because
Mesquite Springs is a brand new community, our streets are not
yet available for mapping in the popular map/direction sources
such as MapQuest. The map below illustrates the location
of our community.
Driving directions are located below the map. If you desire online directions, you may

6th Street.
Driving Directions
From
Phoenix, take Interstate 17 north to exit 287. Turn
left onto highway 260 and follow it for about 12 miles into
Cottonwood. Turn left at the T intersection, onto highway
89A. Turn left again at the next traffic light and
continue on 89A to the traffic light at 6th Street. Turn
left and go South on 6th Street. The fourth street on the
right is Boulder Lane and the entrance to Mesquite Springs.
From
Flagstaff, take Interstate 17 south to exit 287. Turn right
onto highway 260 and follow it for about 12 miles into
Cottonwood. Turn left at the T intersection, onto highway 89A.
Turn left again at the next traffic light and continue on 89A to
the traffic light at 6th Street. Turn left and go South on

continue with the following directions...

Sedona, follow Highway 89A into Cottonwood. Turn left at the
second traffic light in Cottonwood and continue on 89A to the
traffic light at 6th Street. Turn left and go South on 6th
Street. The fourth street on the right is Boulder Lane and
the entrance to Mesquite Springs.
