you own the land and the home at Mesquite Springs?
Yes, you
will own both the land and the home. The home will
actually be affixed permanently to the land.

Can I
bring my own home to Mesquite Springs?
No.
Mesquite Springs and Cavco Durango have designed and built homes
especially for the Mesquite Springs subdivision that coincide
with the vision the City of Cottonwood and the developer have
for this community. This agreement allows Cavco Durango
and Mesquite Springs to provide our homeowners the highest
quality home and neighborhood.
Will
Mesquite Springs sell the lot only?
No.
We are selling the home and the lot as a package. However
there are many lending programs available to assist our
homeowners in purchasing their dream home in Mesquite Springs. |

Is
there a Homeowners Association at Mesquite Springs and how much
are the fees?
Yes,
there is a Homeowners Association in order to maintain a
standard of care that all residents would like to have and to
establish a pride in the community that surrounds our
homeowners. The current fees are $30.00 per month.
Who
takes care of the roads and sidewalks?
The
roads and sidewalks are designated to the City of Cottonwood, so
they handle the care and maintenance.
Are
there lending programs for manufactured homes available?
Yes,
Mesquite Springs has created relationships with local lenders to
assure our clients receive the best service and best programs
available.
How long does it take to actually move into a Mesquite
Springs home?

close to move in, the average time our homeowners wait is about
